Countdown to Christmas! ~ December 10th

For today's puzzle, we've reassigned numbers to the alphabet. Normally, if you assign numbers to the alphabet, A=1, B=2, C=3...down to Z=26. In this puzzle, A is no longer equal to 1, nor are any of the other letters equal to their normal values. We've assigned a different starting letter, then numbered the next letter 2, the letter after that 3, and so on until reaching Z, then from Z we returned to A and continued numbering from there.

So, each of the numbers in the puzzle equals a letter, but a letter following our new numbering system. Solve the equation to determine the value of the letters and thus the message in the numbers.
